We are a full service licensing firm in that our offered services include identifying infringing products, documenting infringements, contacting infringers, negotiating terms, negotiating agreements and, if necessary, hiring litigation counsel and managing litigations.

Our service is offered on a contingency basis so there are no out-of-pocket or up front expenses to the client. In summary, we get paid an agreed upon percentage of the revenue received by the client. What could be more fair than that?
